Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since your has been received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must also be in the original packaging.

Before making a return, you must contact us first at (info@elmilanoextensions.com) within the industry-leading seven (7) day return period, describing the reason for the return, with attached pictures and videos if necessary. After our team reviews the issue, we will contact you regarding the possibility of the return or an exchange. All El Milano Hair Extensions must be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging including extensions must not be defaced or manipulated in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Used merchandise will not be refunded.

      We do not accept items in the following cases:
      - if an item is not in its original condition (hair extensions that have been opened, colored, worn or tampered with)
      - if an item is damaged for reasons not due to our error
      - if an item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

      * Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

      * Please note when returning the package back for return or exchange, please make sure to indicate the total value of $5.00 (five US Dollars) for the whole package for sampling purposes.

       

      Exchanges

      You may exchange your Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been used or manipulated with, meaning they have NOT undergone any interactions with, due to which it has lost the original appearance and qualities in which it was originally sent from the factory. Before returning your order for an exchange, you must first contact info@elmilanoextensions.com within the industry-leading seven (7) day return period, describing the reason for the exchange, with attached pictures and videos if necessary. After our team reviews the case, we will contact you regarding the possibility of an exchange.

      * Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item back and forth. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

      Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Before, please, inform us with the full description of the fault to our email: info@elmilanoextensions.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually, it takes about 5-10 business days.

      *Please note that if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@elmilanoextensions.com.
