Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be submitted as follows: 

  1. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, which should be sent to info@elmilanoextensions.com.
  2. Pack the product well in the same package.
  3. Return your item to the following address: Qingdao El-Milano Extensions Co., Ltd, No. 11, Licun, Qingdao, Shandong, 266100 China
  4. Please take your package and submit it to the nearest FedEx shipping store. Keep the receipt.

    We do not accept items in the following cases:
    - if an item is not in its original condition (hair extensions that have been opened, colored, worn or tampered with)
    - if an item is damaged for reasons not due to our error
    - if an item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

    * Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    * Please note when returning the package back for return or exchange, please make sure to indicate the total value of $5.00 (five US Dollars) for the whole package for sampling purposes.

     

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elmilanoextensions.com and send your item to the following address: Qingdao El-Milano Extensions Co., Ltd, No. 11, Licun, Qingdao, Shandong, 266100 China. Then add a new order with the items you want. This item will be sent to you as a regular order with the shipping option of your choice.

    * Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item back and forth. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    * Please note when returning the package back for return or exchange, please make sure to indicate the total value of $5.00 (five US Dollars) for the whole package for sampling purposes.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Before, please, inform us with the full description of the fault to our email: info@elmilanoextensions.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually, it takes about 5-10 business days.

    *Please note that if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@elmilanoextensions.com.
